Daily Diary Layout
The final diary featured 18 custom front pages and a slimline format that balanced function with cost-effectiveness. Using our B5 Focus layout, students benefit from a clean and spacious weekly spread that supports homework tracking, due date planning, and parent-teacher communication. The STRIVE values — Success, Teamwork, Respect, Inclusive, Vision, Excellence — were woven throughout the content, reinforcing positive habits and shared expectations. With its clear structure and room for reflection, the diary helps students develop strong organisational skills from early primary years, all while supporting Swanbourne’s learning culture and whole-school focus on excellence.

Cover
Swanbourne selected one of MyDiary’s adaptable cover templates and provided three images to personalise the design. We incorporated these alongside their blue, white, and red school colours and the distinctive swan emblem to create a cohesive, school-branded look. The STRIVE mindset — Success, Teamwork, Respect, Inclusive, Vision, Excellence — was also featured prominently on the cover, reinforcing the school’s values each time students use their diary.
Key contact details and term dates were included for quick reference, while the inside back cover featured a bright, clearly designed school map to support student navigation. Every element was tailored to be practical, meaningful, and consistent with Swanbourne’s identity.
