Our Lady of Mercy Catholic College

OLM Catholic College Burraneer partnered with MyDiary to create a student planner that supports organisation, homework tracking and time management — key skills aligned with their motto: “Encouraging Girls, Empowering Women.” Grounded in Mercy values and 90 years of leadership in the Sutherland Shire, the college required a practical, visually aligned diary to reinforce student responsibility and daily routine.
Daily Diary Layout
Designed using OLM’s colours — Navy, Teal and Jacaranda — and their pinstripe uniform pattern, the diary includes clean weekly spreads, space for notes, and communication areas for parent/carer and teacher signatures. The school motto appears in every footer, reinforcing purpose and identity.

Term tabs highlight the four School Houses and their values:
Baggot – Hospitality & Mercy
Coolock – Compassion & Justice
Doyle – Excellence & Dignity
Frayne – Stewardship & Service
These values are also echoed in the school content pages.
ID Pocket
A clear plastic pocket at the back of the diary holds student ID cards and loose documents, helping students stay organised and clutter-free.
Images
To enrich the diary's visual appeal and cultivate a strong sense of school pride, photographs showcasing the beauty of the school grounds have been strategically incorporated throughout its pages.
Cover
The cover design features the school pinstripe, official colours, historical entrance imagery, and printed timetables on the inside covers for Semesters 1 and 2 — making schedules easy to access each day.
