YEAR PARTNERSHIP WITH

10

Marist College Kogarah

Bexley, NSW

Over more than a decade, MyDiary has partnered with Marist College Kogarah to deliver a student diary that evolves alongside the school’s needs. In recent years, this has meant refining the design to better support focus, structure, and usability — helping students stay on top of their learning in a more practical and purposeful way. The diary now features a clean, distraction-free layout, improved planning functionality, and enhanced space for key school routines. These changes reflect our ongoing commitment to tailoring every element of the diary to support Marist’s educational goals and student engagement strategies.

Daily Diary Layout

To support focused learning, the diary layout was intentionally simplified — using minimal visuals and no excess graphics or colours. This clean design helps students concentrate on their tasks and keeps attention on what matters most.

Each right-hand page includes a thought-provoking quote, encouraging daily reflection and a deeper connection to personal growth.

A dedicated space for parent-teacher communication supports consistent collaboration, strengthening the link between home and school.

Importantly, ample writing space is provided throughout, allowing students to track tasks, write notes and plan with confidence.

A standout feature is the term tab dividers, which double as a practical term planner. Key dates are clearly displayed, and with weekends removed, students have more space to log essential academic commitments.

Tabs

MyDiary cleverly designed the school's term tab dividers to double as a practical term planner, maximising space and ensuring key dates are always easy to find. By integrating the planner directly onto the dividers, students can quickly access important deadlines and stay organised throughout the year. To further enhance usability, weekends have been removed, providing extra room to record essential academic events and commitments. This smart design keeps students focused, prepared and in control of their schedules.

Diary Guidelines

This long-standing collaboration with Marist College shows how MyDiary goes beyond simply supplying planners — we work closely with schools to create resources that are fit for purpose and tailored to support their routines and culture. By focusing on clarity, usability and student accountability, the Marist diary has become a powerful tool for learning. We’re proud to continue supporting their goal of fostering capable, independent young men — helping to build habits of organisation, discipline, and self-direction, one page at a time.
