For the past decade, MyDiary has proudly partnered with James Nash State High School, creating bespoke diaries aligned with their mission to foster empowered, self-directed learners who excel in a supportive environment built on positivity, respect, resilience, and hard work.
Daily Diary Layout
Guided by the school's mantra "Engage, Empower, Excel" and motto "Truth more precious than gold," the diary integrates features like Cognitive Verbs for critical thinking, My Diary Life 360 panels for holistic skill-building, AEIOU reflection prompts for resilience, a Wellbeing check-in for positivity, and a Parent-Teacher Communication area for educators. Each weekly layout incorporates these elements, along with a combined weekend box and footer-only design to maximise writing space, all thoughtfully designed to enhance student outcomes and reflect the school's commitment to academic and personal excellence.

To consistently reinforce the college’s core values — Positive, Respectful, Resilient and Hardworking — each value was highlighted on a dedicated term tab. Our design team worked collaboratively with the school to create refreshed, purpose-built imagery for each, ensuring the visuals aligned with the college’s messaging and could be used consistently across other platforms and materials.
Cover
Embracing the school colours a simplistic green and gold design graces the front cover, complemented by an easily accessible school map on the inside front cover. The inside back cover has the Australian National Anthem and the School's Acknowledgement of Country colourfully presented.
